Z ákladní kapitál se snižuje z částky 60.627.000,- Kč, tj. šedesát milionů šest set dvacet sedm tisíc korun českých na částku 45.192.700,- Kč, tj. čtyřicet pět milionů jedno sto devadesát dva tisíc sedm set korun českých. 2) Důvodem a zároveň účelem snížení je dodržení podmínek stanovených v usnesení valné hromady ze dne 21. 4. 2016, kterou bylo omezeno nabývání vlastních akcií na dobu jednoho roku.
