Valná hromada obchodní společnosti PARTIS a.s., konaná dne 30.6.2015, rozhodla o snížení základního kapitálu, níže uvedeným způsobem: a) základní kapitál společnosti se snižuje o částku 3.300.000,-Kč, z důvodu úhrady ztráty, k níž došlo vykoupením akcií společníka Mikhaila Bednyakova, který nesouhlasil se změnou právní formy společnosti, za účelem získání peněžních prostředků; b) ke snížení základního kapitálu budou použity akcie, vlastní akcie, které má společnost v majetku, z výše uvedeného vypořádání, konkrétně 33 kusů kmenových akcií na jméno v listinné podobě ve jmenovité hodnotě každé 100.000,- Kč, čísla 34-66; c) částka odpovídající snížení základního kapitálu bude použita k částečné úhradě ztráty, k níž došlo vykoupením akcií společníka Mikhaila Bednyakova, který nesouhlasil se změnou právní formy společnosti.
