Jediný akcionář rozhodl o následující skutečnosti: snižuji základní kapitál společnosti, kdy důvodem je, že v důsledku omezení podnikatelských aktivit společnosti Šroubárna Ždánice a.s. došlo k situaci, kdy společnost má přebytek vlastního kapitálu. Účele m snížení je narovnání výše základního kapitálu s reálnou hodnotou majetku společnosti, a) základní kapitál se snižuje o 23.000.000 Kč z dosavadních 25.000.000,-- Kč na 2.000.000,-- Kč, b) ke snížení základního kapitálu dojde snížením jmenovité hodnoty ak cií /jmenovitá hodnota akcie 1.420.455,--Kč bude 113.636,-- Kč, jmenovitá hodnota akcie 142.045,-- Kč bude 11.364,-- Kč/, c) souhlasím s tím, že částka 23.000.000 Kč bude vyplacena jedinému akcionáři, d) určuji lhůtu pro předložení akcií společnosti k vyz načení nižší jmenovité hodnoty 60 dnů ode dne účinnosti snížení základního kapitálu.
