To engage in the business of oil and gas services, petroleum products oil filled services and energy services, oil tools, render marketable and supply of a petroleum products, and to do the same in respect of gas products, including but not limited to industrial chemicals and tools, domestic and cooking gas. c. To carry on business of automobile services machinery tools, purchasing and sales of spares parts caterpillar spare parts equipments, hiring heavy duty services, equipment and plants hiring. d. To carry on business of civil works, construction work, road rehabilitation works, maintenance and demolition of building, repairs, alteration, mechanical works, pipeline welding, borehole drilling, dredging services, well treatment, technical parts and materials services, fabrication and storage tanks, structural steel/metals works, supply of high quality building materials, and blasting, labour supply, equipment hiring thereof . e. To carry on the business of waste disposal/environmental cleaning services, fumigation pest control, cleaning of agricultural wastes generally. T o engaged in land reclamation, bush clearing, sand filling, shore protection, pollution control and oil spillage clean up services. f. To engage in sales, supplies, distribution of Telecommunication and computer systems, tools marketing/maintenance services, photographic, printing works, equipment and other accessories. g. To own, manage, sell, buy or otherwise deal in electrical and electronics materials installation, electrical wiring of all types and other related services. h. To carry on the business of agricultural farming, produce fertilizers for crops, to carry on the business of large-scale agriculture, mixed farming, piggery, fish farming, cattle rearing, vegetable garden units, poultry farming, food processing, distribution and supplier of farm products, and feeds, fertilizers, and retailers and wholesalers of tractors and equipments and any of the products related with any of those objects. i. To do all such other things as many before considered to be incidentals or conducive to the attainment of the above object of any of them. 4. The Company is a Private Company. 5.
