To carry on business as manufacturers and merchants of livestock feeds, dairy products such as fresh milk, cheese, butter, condensed milk, poultry products, fruit juice, wines, spirits, fertilisers both organic and inorganic, edible oils, flours, flakes, bread, candies, noodles and any other products perceived to be beneficial to the public locally and internationally, and profitable to the company. 5. To carry on business of equipment leasing and hire purchase financing as a means of subsisting or securing other jobs, supply of agricultural and allied equipment, machineries, implements, materials, chemicals, products such as fingerlings, day-old chicks, feeds, personnel and so on, as may be required for the execution of secured jobs or by any clients 6.
