DYT Consulting (Design Your Technology) is here to make business owners’ lives simpler. Technology can be overwhelming for ownership. DYT Consulting is here to make things simple. We are an independent technology consulting firm primarily serving clients in the hospitality industry. We work with all types of hotels – brand name hotels, independent hotels, boutique hotels and health care– and we serve those outside the hospitality industry as well. Unlike other consultants, we take a hands-on approach in which we spend time on-site and manage the install from start to completion. We ensure that ownership/management groups are advised every step of the way on the progress of the job so that if any issues arise, they can be fixed promptly and the job can be completed within the expected timeframe. We also differ from most other consultants in that we have a background in installing technology and decades of experience in the hospitality/business industry. We assist clients with budgeting and managing vendors for a wide range of technologies, including: • Telephone Systems – such as PBX (private branch exchange) • Wi-Fi (better guest experience) • TV Services • Carrier Services (voice/data circuits) • Structured Cabling Systems (low voltage/fiber cabling and low voltage design, if needed) • PMS (property management systems) / POS / Back of House Systems • Security Cameras • AV Systems • Panic Buttons (housekeeping, back of house staff) • Door Locks • AV Services • Signage and many more * We also assist clients with RFPs (requests for proposal) Our services include: • Helping clients cut costs on voice and data services • Assisting clients in choosing or changing carrier services • Overseeing the installation of large and small technology systems. • Overseeing the replacement of technology that is out-of-date or is not functioning properly • Make recommendations on the type of technology to use.
